We understand that most small business's do not have the resources or the funds to have their own IT department, this should not stop you from taking advantage of our support services, giving you your very own IT department - on call and ready to help. Our priority support service gives you direct access to a technician anytime during the contracted support times. Everything from simple questions to resolution of immediate critical needs or priority scheduling of an onsite visit.

Service plans offered: 9 AM to 5 PM; 5 days - Monday thru Friday

 

Pricing is based on the number of computers (desktop & notebooks combined) and is charged weekly

• 1 Computer £15 / wk
• 3-5 Computers £25 / wk
• 6-11 Computers £45 / wk
• 12-20 Computers £60 / wk

For the prices above you will have a technician on call 8 hours a day, 5 days a week

This pre-paid service provides a twice a year onsite visit to complete the following maintenance:

   

• Open the computer and clean all surfaces including all fans
• Check all fans for peak performance
• Review system functionality and logs (if they exist)
• Check for and remove any virus threats or malware
• Troubleshooting and problem resolution, up to one hour per machine
• One off emergency Callout

Mon-Fri 9am - 5pm £40 for 1st hour, £30 for subsequent hours

Out of business hrs (after 5pm weekdays and weekends) £60 per hour (including remote support if required)

We also offer a FREE no obligation callout service to all new customers to discuss requirements

Offsite backup of your data is critical. In the event of a catastrophe to your computers, your data will be lost if you only have backup on-site. Protect your data with offsite backup. If you have broadband Internet access, 1st4IT Computer Services offers automatic backup of all your important data. Backups can be done on your schedule; daily or weekly, call or email for service plans and pricing
